Samu.co.uk is currently only supplying and shipping to the following countries or regions:
- U.K.
- France
- Italy
- Germany
- Spain
- Netherlands
- Switzerland
- Belgium
- Sweden
The UK postage rates are as follows:
- Order value £0.01 - £9.99 = £2.25 postage
- Order value £10.00 - £24.99 = £2.99 postage
- Order value £25.00 - £54.99 = £3.99 postage
- Order value £55.00 - £150.00 = £4.99 postage
- Order value over £150.00 = £6.99 postage
For overseas orders, a postage charge will be calculated for each individual order. You may recieve a notice requesting
further payment for postage charges.
Due to UK taxation laws, postage will also be charged 15% VAT. This will be included in the total tax amount including
any item tax.
We will be shipping to more countries and regions in the future. If you have a request from another EU country or
region, please send an email to info@samu.co.uk and we may be able to make an arrangement.We will not be
shipping to America, Australia or anywhere further than Europe! Please do not bother trying. (If you do, expect to pay
a lot for postage)
We use a third party postal service (Royal Mail) to deliver all orders. Orders will be sent via recorded/registered delivery
unless otherwise requested by email, so please remember that you will need to sign for it upon delivery.We cannot
pass on instructions for the postman to adhere to. Please remember that if a parcel is returned to us undelivered you
will be charged for any re-shipping costs.
Products will usually be delivered within 10 working days (times may vary outside of U.K.). We are not liable for any
loss or consequence incurred if the postal service do not deliver for any given reason e.g. a postal strike, snow, the
end of the world etc.
All goods may be returned to us for exchange, or full refund (excl. shipping & handling charges), provided that you
return them within 10 working days of receiving them and in their original packaging. Please contact us via email
before you return any item.
Returns after this date are at our discretion and will incur a re-stocking charge of 20%.
All descriptions and pictures at www.samu.co.uk are intended to give an idea of the products, specifications may vary
slightly.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be
offered an alternative or given a full refund.
All prices are shown in £ sterling, and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Payment can be made by most major Credit or Debit card through PayPal. Dispatch of your ordered items will take
place after payment has been taken.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of
negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
